Serves 2
Ingredients
1 potato
2 slices of corned beef
1 teaspoon Butter
1 dessertspoon Milk
A pinch of mixed herbs
Salf and Pepper
Method
Peel and slice the potato and boil until tender
Mash the cooked potato with the butter and milk
Break up the corned beef and mash into the potato
Add the mixed herbs
Season with salt and pepper is desired
Serve with baked beans or peas.
If you have a little more time, slice and fry some onions and add to the potato and corned beef mix.
