Last Minute Mummy
Here‘s a really quick and tasty breakfast idea!
40g Whole Oats
100ml water
4 Raspberries
2 Strawberries, sliced
Handful of dried fruit (optional)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp Fat Free Strawberry Yogurt
METHOD
Tip oats into a glass jar
Add the water and cinnamon
Stir well
Add the dried fruit and mix together
Add the fresh fruit and yogurt
Stit well and cover
Leave in the fridge overnight
*I use dried banana & coconut flakes too*
