Ilchester Cheese Advent Calendar

This is a lovely idea for a cheese lover & it’s suitable for vegetarians. The design is appealing with a festive cheese wreath on the front & all the details of the varieties of cheese on the back. It opens up like a book revealing 24 windows and behind each of them you will find a mini cheese, jokes, facts & cheese ideas! Doors 1-12 are located on one side of the packaging which means after the 12th December half of the box can be removed. This is great planning as it is rather large and will need to be kept in the fridge. People who like to display their calendars may not like hiding it away in the fridge & it is a shame as the design is great. The cheeses, however, would provide a lovely after dinner treat. Included for you to taste throughout December are: Jarlsberg, Applewood, Red Leicester, Wensleydale with cranberries, Cheddar, Edam & Wensleydale with ginger.
