Butternut Squash Pizzas

This is a brilliant way to disguise vegetables for little ones who are not keen on them. Also a lovely activity for them to make their own pizza. When cooked the butternut squash sheets isn’t too soft, which provide a lovely base for yummy toppings!
Ingredients
2 Butternut Squash sheets
2 dessertspoons tomato puree
Half a red onion, finely chopped
1 chicken breast, cooked & chopped
2 handfuls grated cheese
Pinch of mixed herbs
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees
Place the butternut squash sheets on a chopping board
Spread the sheets with the tomato puree
Sprinkle the red onion, chicken breast and cheese over the top
Sprinkle a pinch of mixed herbs on top
Cook in the oven for 10 minutes
This recipe is so easy to make and very quick to cook. Add a salad to the plate and you have a healthy summer dish all the family can enjoy. Why not try other toppings or add a pinch of chilli flakes to the pizzas for the adults?
