Try this to help you focus on staying postive and enhancing your mood.


1. Choose ONE song that immediately improves your mood. Play it often.


2. Identify TWO people you love to smile, hug and laugh with. Meet them / message them and share a moment with them.


3. Do THREE things for YOU. Lighten your load! Self care / delegate / take time out. Anything that helps you reset.
